What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and manage the recruitment and selection process for the province.
  • Facilitate the processing and approval of service benefits for employees.
  • Oversee the termination of service procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies within the provincial office.
  • Supervise human and financial resources, as well as equipment and assets, within the division.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Management at NQF Level 6 recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years of functional experience in a human resource management environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA).
  • Strong skills in negotiation, people management, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
  • A valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
