What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and implement Human Resource Development initiatives across the province.
- Manage the rollout of the Performance Management System to ensure optimal employee performance.
- Facilitate and oversee Internship and Learnership Programs to develop emerging talent.
- Organize and facilitate Orientation and Induction Programmes for new employees.
- Manage resources effectively, including human, financial, and physical assets within the division.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Public Management, or Industrial and Organisational Psychology at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in Human Resource Development or Performance Management Services.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Skills Development Act.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, project management, and report writing.
