What You’ll Do

  • Represent the department in disciplinary hearings, conciliations, and arbitration.
  • Supervise resources, including human assets and equipment within your section.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, or LLB recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years’ functional experience in a Labour Relations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, and Employment Equity Act.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, people management, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
