About the Role
The Department of Education is seeking a Senior Personnel Practitioner in Performance Management to enhance the effectiveness of public service in Vhembe East District and Sekhukhune South District. What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS).
- Administer and maintain the PMDS database for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Offer guidance and advice on Performance Management and Development System processes.
- Supervise various resources, including human, financial, and equipment assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the implementation of performance management strategies.
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, Public Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a performance management and development environment.
- A valid driver’s license (exempt for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and Public Service regulations.
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
