What You’ll Do
- Align change management activities with departmental strategies and policies.
- Conduct research, analysis, and provide advisory support on change management frameworks.
- Facilitate and implement change initiatives through stakeholder engagement and coaching.
- Coordinate organizational surveys to monitor and evaluate transformation efforts.
- Oversee operational planning, people management, and financial management responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies while managing procurement and asset management.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (NQF 6 or higher) in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Change Management accreditation or certification (e.g., Prosci or similar) is an advantage.
- Appropriate experience in change management or organisational development.
- A valid Code 8 (B/EB) driver’s licence.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, organisational culture, and leadership theories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and report writing.
- Diagnostic and analytical skills to interpret organisational data.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as required.
