What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate bursary and induction administration effectively.
  • Develop and implement the Workplace Skills Plan to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Maintain and update training and bursary databases for accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in skills auditing, needs identification, and analysis for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Human Resource Management and Development policies.
  • Support the coordination of learnership and internship programmes to foster talent development.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
  • A qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, Public Management, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Development or Training Services.
  • Valid driver’s license (not required for candidates with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of departmental policies, Batho Pele Principles, and good governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent computer literacy, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities and strong planning and organizing skills.
