What You’ll Do

  • Conduct the Job Evaluation process and present findings to the Job Evaluation Quality Assurance and Moderation Committees.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive job descriptions and ensure their timely submission.
  • Participate in the creation and refinement of the organisational structure.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops on Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions, and Standard Operating Procedures for staff development.
  • Conduct business process mapping to identify areas for improvement across various components of the organisation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 6/7) in Management Services, Production Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Psychology, as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of Organisational Development.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • A Job Evaluation Analysis Certificate will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of supervisory practices, service delivery innovation, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and change management skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate services management within the public sector and understanding of the Batho Pele Principles.
