What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • A 3-year relevant qualification in Community Development, Development Studies, or Social Science.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of human behavior and social systems.
  • Ability to establish networks and partnerships within the community.
  • Understanding of community development legislation and programs.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.
