What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 and an NQF Level 6 qualification in Labour Relations or an equivalent tertiary qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the labour relations field.
  • Valid driver’s licence (except for individuals with disabilities).
  • Strong understanding of legislative frameworks, policies, Acts, and regulations governing public service.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy and capable of conducting thorough investigations.
  • Effective problem analysis and analytical thinking skills.
