What You’ll Do
- Administer recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates
- Serve as an HR representative for shortlisting and interviews
- Prepare appointment memoranda and oversee the implementation of employee benefits
- Manage leave processing on the PERSAL system and conduct leave inspections
- Oversee performance rewards, salary structures, and personnel information updates
- Implement labour relations awards and manage internal transfers and terminations
- Supervise all HR administration functions and ensure compliance with relevant policies
- Provide leadership and support to HR staff in the relevant section
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate B-degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF level 6)
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources Administration
- Knowledge of public service legislation, including the Public Service Act and Employment Equity Act
- Competency in HR information management and working knowledge of PERSAL
- Strong communication, presentation, and liaison skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel as required

Requirements
An appropriate B -degree (NQF level 7) or Three (3) year Diploma (NQF level 6).Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources Administration.
Demonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility.
Knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to public service administration, specifically the Public Service Act and Regulations, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, Knowledge of HR information management.
Understanding of the Public Service generally and Human Resources.

Monitor the processing of salary adjustment.

Oversee all Human Resources Administration functions.
Supervise staff in the relevant section.
Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
