What You’ll Do
- Assist employees with the EE Online Reporting System to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain the EE Public Register for dissemination.
- Process postal and electronic correspondence for the EE Registry efficiently.
- Provide essential administrative support to the EE Registry, contributing to streamlined operations.
What You’ll Need
- A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Public Management, or Public Administration.
- A minimum of two years of functional experience in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Public Management, or Public Administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and its regulations, particularly regarding EE reporting forms.
- Proficiency in IT systems, especially the EE Online Reporting Systems, along with a solid grasp of departmental policies and the Public Finance Management Act.
- Excellent computer literacy and data capturing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal relations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
