What You’ll Do

  • Manage all Supply Chain Management functions, including procurement, demand, and logistics.
  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse management, providing regular feedback to end users.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of financial systems such as BAS, LOGIS, and EPS.
  • Handle creditor payments and contract administration efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and assist with the compilation of annual and interim financial statements.
  • Conduct data exploration and transformation for high-quality financial analysis.
  • Identify and assess financial risks through the review of operational data.
  • Develop and monitor service volume and expenditure indicators for resource efficiency.
  • Extract and consolidate data for reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Manage people-related functions within the SCM and Finance components.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year diploma or degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in finance and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with financial systems, particularly BAS, LOGIS, and EPS.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A valid Code B/EB driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial prescripts, departmental policies, and procedures.
