What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate human resources and financial resources within the court office.
- Oversee risk and security management to ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise facilities, assets, and physical resources to maintain operational efficiency.
- Participate in local procurement panels for acquiring goods and services.
- Provide general supervision and guidance to administrative staff.
- Implement departmental policies and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Compile and analyze performance statistics to identify trends and improvements.
- Draft and submit memoranda and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required to facilitate the court’s operations.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year National Diploma in Public Administration/Management or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6.
- Between three to five years of relevant experience in office or district court administration.
- One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the PFMA, DFI, BAS & JYP, as well as human resource management and finance.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with attention to detail and integrity.
