What You’ll Do

  • Support the administration of the S&T unit and related processes.
  • Receive, record, and verify travel advances and claims from officials.
  • Maintain accurate registers and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.
  • Prepare financial inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Draft circulars for approval and prepare expenditure reports.
  • Administer submissions for approval and provide general administrative support.
  • Collate data and prepare reports for management use.
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and assist with logistics for audit queries.
  • Manage human resources associated with the S&T processes.
  • Undertake any additional duties related to Supply Chain Management.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in S&T administration, with supervisory experience as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of National Treasury Travel Guidelines and Public Finance Management Act.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
