What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the employer registration process to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular updates of master data for accuracy and reliability.
- Approve the banking details of captured employers to ensure correct payment processes.
- Supervise staff within the Sub-directorate, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance customer service and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Management, or related fields.
- A minimum of two years’ functional experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of Compensation Fund policies, procedures, and relevant legislation including COIDA and the Public Service Act.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, particularly the Batho Pele Principles.
- Familiarity with billing administration and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
