What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive Unemployment Insurance services through direct customer interaction.
- Ensure quality assurance and follow-up on Unemployment Insurance applications.
- Manage the administration of UI claims and processing services efficiently.
- Supervise and support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Uphold Batho Pele Principles and adhere to relevant laws and regulations in service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management, Public Management, Business Administration, Financial Accounting, or a related field at NQF 6, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of two years of functional experience in a client services, claims processing, or insurance environment.
- Solid understanding of the Unemployment Insurance Act, related regulations, and relevant departmental policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy and ability to plan and organize effectively.
