What You’ll Do

  • Verify and assess training needs in line with the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP).
  • Provide training and support to processing staff and Client Service Officers on relevant procedures and systems.
  • Compile and verify monthly statistics for various sections within the Operations Division and Labour Centres.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, including campaigns and briefing sessions, to enhance collaboration within the business unit.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative services to support the operations of the business unit.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Human Resource Development, or Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years of functional experience in an Operations, Training, or Learning and Development environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Unemployment Insurance and Contributions Act, Skills Development Act, and Public Service Regulations.
  • Proficiency in communication, computer literacy, training, interpersonal skills, project management, and report writing.
