What You’ll Do
- Provide clerical support during recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist with personnel administration services to maintain accurate employee records.
- Render general clerical support services to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Facilitate the documentation and processing of applications for unemployment benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification is essential.
- Understanding of the Unemployment Insurance Act and related legislation.
- Knowledge of the Protection of Personal Information Act (PPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
- Familiarity with Persal and other Human Resource Information Management Systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
