What You’ll Do

  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining filing systems and retrieving records.
  • Assist in the registration of patients within the Patient Administration System (PHCIS).
  • Capture and manage data accurately, interpreting trends for reporting.
  • Support the Supervisor and other stakeholders in line with departmental objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping procedures and departmental systems.
  • Assist in the tracing and destruction of old folders as per policy guidelines.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
  • Relevant experience with Health Information Systems, including PHCIS, Sinjani, and Tier.Net/ETR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of record-keeping procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for tasks.
