What You’ll Do
- Assist in the secure printing, packing, and distribution of examination materials.
- Oversee the safekeeping of question papers and assessment instruments.
- Manage the logistical and administrative aspects of examinations and assessments.
- Coordinate marking administration support to ensure timely and accurate evaluation of student performance.
- Facilitate the overall conduct of examinations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification equivalent to NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- A qualification in ICT or related fields is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the examinations environment or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license (note: this requirement is waived for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of the Curriculum, Examinations, and Assessment policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
