About the Role
The Provincial Office is seeking a dedicated Senior Admin Officer: Conditions of Service to join their team in the vibrant city of Mahikeng. What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage policies and procedures related to conditions of service and service benefits
- Conduct training sessions on updates in service benefits and policies
- Oversee leave of absence processes and termination of services
- Manage overtime compensatory practices to ensure fair remuneration
- Ensure data integrity within the PERSAL information management system
- Administer the implementation of COIDA and manage pension administration
- Supervise and guide the work of subordinate staff to ensure high performance
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Public Administration
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant field, with at least one year in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of the PERSAL system
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and people management
- Understanding of corporate services management and public sector policies
