What You’ll Do
- Provide physical security services to protect the UIF premises and its visitors.
- Render information security services, ensuring confidentiality and safety of data.
- Control access to the building and manage key distribution effectively.
- Assist in implementing and following evacuation procedures in emergencies.
- Uphold the Batho Pele Principles, ensuring service excellence and respect for all individuals.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A Grade C security certificate.
- Registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
- Knowledge of the Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act.
- Familiarity with Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) and Minimum Physical Security Standards (MPSS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient computer skills and interpersonal relations skills.
- Excellent customer care abilities.
