The Santam Learnership Programme is a transformative initiative aimed at equipping unemployed youth with essential skills and workplace experience. This comprehensive programme combines structured workplace learning with accredited theoretical training, culminating in an NQF Level 4 qualification. Participants will also undertake the FSCA Regulatory Exams (RE5), paving the way for potential professional membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA).

Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be a South African citizen
– Unemployed and aged between 18 and 28
– Hold a Grade 12/Matric certificate with:
– Minimum 50% in English
– Minimum 50% in a Second Language
– Minimum 40% in Mathematics OR 60% in Mathematics Literacy
– Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should provide a medical note detailing the nature of the disability.
