This 18-month internship is tailored for graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in facilities management, logistics, fleet administration, asset management, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will engage in a variety of tasks, including issuing fleet vehicles, reporting on fleet matters, ensuring policy compliance, booking fleet services, and performing general administration. Additional duties involve asset administration, updating the asset register on SAP, physical barcoding of assets, managing stock and payments, receiving goods on SAP, monthly inventory checks, assisting with maintenance, and compiling summaries of water and electrical consumption.

Requirements/Qualifications

Applicants must provide a certified copy of their Grade 12/Matric certificate, a B Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Logistics Management, or a related field, a certified copy of their ID, and a certified copy of their academic transcript. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, basic computer skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Benefits
