What You’ll Do
- Manage and file salary payment and salary claim related documents.
- Distribute payroll information to various pay points.
- Handle all salary payment advice and IRP 5’s.
- Maintain a register for all salary-related inquiries and claims.
- Assist in responding to queries regarding salary payments.
- Support audit queries concerning payroll functions.
What You’ll Need
- A senior certificate (Grade 12) or NCV certificate.
- A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Attributes such as being friendly, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

Job Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to handle documents and information with strict confidentiality.The responsibilities of the appointee will entail filing of all salary payment/salary claim related enquiries, drawing of salary/salary claim files when required, distribution of all payrolls to various pay points, posting of all salary payment advice, IRP 5’s, keeping a register for all salary related enquiries and claims and assist in responding to queries.
Assisting with Audit Queries concerning this function.
