What You’ll Do

  • Handle the dispatching of outgoing mail, including cheques and salary advices.
  • Maintain records and oversee the disposal of closed records with proper authorization.
  • Control access to records and ensure the security of sensitive information.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of the organizational structure of the Department of Education.
  • Familiarity with policies, guidelines, and regulations governing registry functions.
  • Proficient language skills and strong communication abilities.
