What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate Basic Education services in the Mogalakwena District.
• Facilitate curriculum management and delivery services to improve educational outcomes.
• Oversee examination and assessment processes across all school phases.
• Provide governance and support services for institutional management.
• Ensure effective financial and corporate management for the District and Circuits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align school improvement plans with departmental goals.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF Level 7 qualification recognized by SAQA.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification in education or management is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
• SMS Pre-Entry (Nyukela) Certificate is required upon appointment.
• Valid driver’s license (except for individuals living with disabilities).
• Strong competencies in strategic leadership, people management, and service delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of public sector regulations and educational frameworks.
