What You’ll Do

• Study and analyze case dockets thoroughly to prepare for prosecutions.
• Conduct criminal proceedings in regional courts, representing the State effectively.

• Lead witness testimonies and conduct cross-examinations in court.
• Address the court on matters concerning conviction and sentencing.
• Perform general administrative duties associated with the prosecutor’s office.
• Promote integration and customer satisfaction in collaboration with partners in the criminal justice system.

What You’ll Need

• An LLB degree or an appropriate legal qualification for serving prosecutors seeking promotion.
• A minimum of four years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and professionally with minimal supervision.
• Experience in guiding criminal investigations and understanding statutory offences in regional courts.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
