What You’ll Do
- Render provisioning services to support healthcare operations.
- Maintain sound provisioning and logistical systems and processes.
- Keep updated provisioning records and manage logistical systems effectively.
- Oversee the administration of consumable stores and issue necessary items.
- Ensure adherence to sound accounting practices and monitor payments on transversal systems.
- Assist in budget formulation and the compilation of cash flow budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful interpretations of data.
- Attend monthly operational meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in Finance or a Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Finance, Logistics, or Financial Management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and government financial systems such as BAS and LOGIS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and financial reporting.
- A self-driven, motivated individual who meets deadlines and takes responsibility.
