What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate appointments and meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are coordinated effectively.
  • Maintain an organized record-keeping system for project-related documentation.
  • Distribute, track, and manage project documentation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform binding and laminating of documents as needed for project presentations and meetings.
  • Provide logistical support for project-related activities and events.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate capturing of financial information in project management systems.
  • Establish and maintain a project documentation library, ensuring proper identification and version control.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of administration rules and regulations relevant to the role.
  • Familiarity with departmental information systems such as BAS Basic Accounting System, BIZ Project, MYContent, or similar.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
