What You’ll Do
- Facilitate project planning and allocation by conducting needs analyses and feasibility assessments.
- Manage day-to-day project execution in line with approved plans, contracts, and methodologies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders, establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Report project progress through structured reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project outcomes using predefined indicators and conduct impact assessments.
- Oversee financial management and monitor expenditure for specific projects.
- Manage project-related provisioning, procurement, and contract management.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in IT Development projects.
- A valid Code B or higher driver’s license.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and public service systems.
- Strong skills in financial management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving.
