What You’ll Do
- Provide support to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate various PPP projects, facilitating the development of concept documents.
- Manage the negotiation and signing of agreements essential for project success.
- Organize and facilitate committee meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
- Implement revenue enhancement projects for Limpopo Wildlife Resorts.
- Oversee product development initiatives for provincial nature reserves and resorts.
- Monitor business products and services within the nature reserves, identifying new opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, profiles, and packages.
- Conduct risk analysis to ensure project sustainability.
- Supervise project teams and facilitate stakeholder participation.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF 6 qualification in Tourism Management, Business Management, Project Management, or an equivalent recognized by SAQA. A degree in these fields is an added advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Administration or Project Management.
- A valid driver’s license (exemptions apply for individuals with disabilities).
- No criminal record.
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and project management principles.
- Proficient computer skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client orientation, customer focus, and people management skills.
