What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Implement and monitor standards, practices, and criteria for quality nursing.
• Practice nursing in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain constructive working relationships with nursing staff and other stakeholders.
• Utilize human, material, and physical resources efficiently.
• Assist in various wards and clinics as required, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• OR A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification enabling SANC registration.
• Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse is mandatory.
• For Grade 2, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in nursing post-registration is required.
• For Grade 3, a minimum of 20 years’ experience in nursing post-registration is needed.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and excellent communication skills.
