What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of nursing plans in clinical practice and patient care.
• Implement and uphold standards, practices, criteria, and indicators for quality nursing care.
• Practice nursing in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain constructive relationships with nursing colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Efficiently utilize human, material, and physical resources in the healthcare setting.

What You’ll Need

• Basic R425 qualification or equivalent that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse or General Nurse.
• For Grade 2: At least 10 years of relevant nursing experience.
• For Grade 3: At least 20 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, including night duty, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes and relevant legislation.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
