What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical nursing care in alignment with the scope of practice and established nursing standards.
- Promote and implement quality nursing care as directed by professional guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and colleagues, including report writing as needed.
- Plan and organize your own work and that of support personnel to enhance nursing services.
- Advocate for patients’ needs and ensure they receive appropriate treatment and care.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Basic qualification accredited with the SANC in accordance with Government Notice R425 (e.g., Diploma or Degree in General Nursing) that allows registration as a Professional Nurse.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
