What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical nursing care in alignment with the scope of practice and established nursing standards.
• Promote and implement quality nursing care as directed by professional guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and colleagues, including report writing as needed.
• Plan and organize your own work and that of support personnel to enhance nursing services.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and ensure they receive appropriate treatment and care.

What You’ll Need

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• Basic qualification accredited with the SANC in accordance with Government Notice R425 (e.g., Diploma or Degree in General Nursing) that allows registration as a Professional Nurse.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
