What You’ll Do

  • Provide direction and supervision in implementing nursing care plans for patients.

What You’ll Need

  • A Basic R425 qualification (Diploma/Degree in General Nursing and Midwifery) that allows for registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
  • Current registration with the SANC (valid until 2026).
  • Experience for Grade 1: None required; for Grade 2: a minimum of 10 years of nursing experience; for Grade 3: a minimum of 20 years of nursing experience after registration.
  • Knowledge of nursing care processes, nursing statutes, and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
  • Competence in planning, organizing, and computer literacy.
