What You’ll Do

  • Issue tender documents and bulletins to ensure transparency.
  • Manage the closing and registration of tender documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Organize the transportation of closed tender documents between the Head Office and regional locations.
  • Maintain the Central Suppliers Database by registering new suppliers efficiently.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Financial Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
