What You’ll Do
- Process requests for advertising and ensure timely placement of job adverts.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication regarding job openings.
- Conduct quality assurance of adverts prior to their distribution.
- Administer and coordinate weekly placements of adverts in external media, including the Public Service Vacancy Circular.
- Activate posts on the Online Recruitment Portal promptly.
- Verify invoices received and ensure timely payments to service providers.
- Maintain efficient record-keeping of all advertising documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding matters and provide support to line managers and institutions.
- Handle correspondence and enquiries, offering advice and support to various role-players.
- Train line managers and institutions on advertising procedures and best practices.
- Supervise staff and provide optimal support to supervisors.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Appropriate experience in advertising and a supervisory role.
- Valid driver’s license as an inherent requirement of the job.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
- Accurate typing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizing and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication.
