What You’ll Do

• Liaise with the outsourced laundry contractor to manage linen operational processes effectively.
• Monitor quality control of linen supplied to hospital end-users.
• Supervise the Linen Management team and provide guidance to Linen Supervisors.
• Assist in performing relief duties within the hospital linen management setup when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness Hospital Linen Management Policy.

What You’ll Need

• A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in hospital linen management and supervisory roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster good relationships with staff and service providers.
• Good numerical skills and the ability to interpret relevant policies.
• Flexibility to work overtime during weekends and public holidays as required.
