What You’ll Do

  • Manage bookings for air travel, hotel accommodations, and short-term rentals for departmental staff.
  • Provide support for the allocation, utilization, and booking of vehicles across the province.
  • Consolidate invoices received and prepare payments to service providers.
  • Coordinate information to ensure timely payment of fines to relevant officials.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Management Accounting or a BCOM with Accounting as a major subject.
  • At least one year of functional experience in finance or management services.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, as well as the PFMA.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
