What You’ll Do

  • Provide transversal support services for PPP projects across various departments and public entities.
  • Facilitate the procurement process for PPP projects to ensure they meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of PPP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate closed PPP projects, providing feedback and insights for future initiatives.
  • Conduct case studies on completed PPP projects to capture lessons learned and best practices.
  • Advise and guide on policy matters related to PPPs, ensuring alignment with current regulations and practices.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year NQF Level 7 qualification in Economics or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial modelling, financial analysis, and project finance within the financial sector.
  • A valid driver’s license, or the ability to meet work-related travel commitments if unable to drive.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act and Municipal Finance Management Act.
  • Excellent skills in project planning, management, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
