What You’ll Do

  • Provide transversal support services for PPP projects to various departments and public entities.
  • Facilitate the procurement process for PPP initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the implementation of PPP projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate completed PPP projects, assessing their impact and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the development of case studies on closed PPP projects to share insights and lessons learned.
  • Offer guidance and input on policy matters related to transversal PPP projects.

What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year NQF Level 7 qualification in Economics or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling, financial analysis, and project finance within the financial sector.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for work-related commitments, particularly for candidates with disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Public Finance Management Act and Municipal Finance Management Act.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
