What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical physiotherapy services in various clinical settings.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and operational processes of the Physiotherapy Department.
  • Mentor junior physiotherapists and support their professional development.
  • Manage clinical resources effectively, ensuring optimal patient care.
  • Coordinate administrative activities relevant to patient care in your clinical area.
  • Participate in relevant research activities to enhance clinical practices.

What You’ll Need

  • A qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Physiotherapist.
  • For Grade 1: No experience required for RSA qualified employees post-registration, or one year for foreign qualified employees.
  • For Grade 2: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience post-registration for RSA qualified employees.
  • For Grade 3: At least 20 years of relevant experience post-registration for RSA qualified employees.
  • Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to assist in other clinics as needed.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment of patients, including experience with mobility assistive devices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
