What You’ll Do
- Monitor and manage the implementation of skills development initiatives.
- Facilitate various training development processes and programs.
- Assist in conducting skills audits and compiling relevant reports.
- Support the development of Workplace Skills Plans (WSP).
- Coordinate learnerships and internship programs to foster skill acquisition.
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 6 qualifications recognized by SAQA.
- A qualification in Human Resource Management, Development, Public Administration, or Public Management is advantageous.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Human Resource Development field or a related area.
- A valid driver’s license (not applicable for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in program and project management.
- Knowledge of the Public Service regulatory and legislative framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Functional computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal and record-keeping skills.
