What You’ll Do

  • Manage leave administration and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Oversee inland accommodation expenditure and housing services.
  • Administer course nominations and transfer requests for personnel.
  • Facilitate performance assessments and manage incentives for staff.
  • Process grievance submissions and assist in contract renewals.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
  • No prior experience is required, although knowledge of Human Resources (HR) would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Public Service and SANDF HR administration procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate HR-related challenges.
