About the Role
The Department of Transport is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the positions of Admin Clerk: NaTIS Clerk at various traffic stations within the Sekhukhune District and Waterberg District. What You’ll Do
- Register and license vehicles to ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Issue drivers and learner’s licenses, facilitating safe driving practices
- Provide roadworthy certificates and special vehicle permits to ensure vehicle safety
- Allocate motor trade numbers and license numbers to streamline vehicle identification
- Assist in managing and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- A qualification in Finance or Licensing is an added advantage
- A valid Driver’s Licence (except for persons with disabilities)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client orientation skills
- Knowledge of the legislative framework governing public service
