What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage various skills development programmes to improve employee performance.
- Administer bursaries to facilitate educational opportunities for public service employees.
- Organize and coordinate conferences and workshops aimed at professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities and employee development outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent, along with an NQF 6 qualification in Human Resource Development, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in human resource development or a related area.
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of public service legislation and regulations, including the Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act, and Public Finance Management Act.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
