What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate drama and film development programs in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Organize training workshops, mentorship programs, and skills development for artists in various disciplines.
• Foster collaboration with cultural organizations and stakeholders to create growth opportunities.
• Advocate for the establishment of facilities such as theatres and film studios.
• Support the documentation and promotion of traditional storytelling and indigenous art forms.
• Research and identify music and dance genres to develop local talent through workshops and performances.
• Host events celebrating excellence in music and dance, providing recognition for artistic achievements.
• Plan and coordinate visual and fine arts showcases to promote local artists.
• Oversee financial and logistical support for arts organizations and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development and compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Arts Management, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Public Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in arts administration or cultural program management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of project management, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced computer proficiency.
• Proven time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
