What You’ll Do

  • Administer leave management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Process medical requests and maintain related records.
  • Manage the administration of medals and awards for naval personnel.
  • Facilitate termination of service processes with attention to detail.
  • Oversee housing requests and official travel arrangements.
  • Handle inland and accommodation expenditure records.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct relevant system transactions and functional process activities.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; however, knowledge of HR maintenance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prepare memorandums and maintain registers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients.
