What You’ll Do

  • Provide HR administration support to the unit, facilitating smooth operations

  • Handle the Inland and Accommodation Expenditure (IAE) and remuneration tasks
  • Oversee service termination and personnel movement control
  • Administer medical and awards services for personnel
  • Maintain accurate housing and personnel records
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to support HR functions

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
  • No prior experience required; exposure to HR administration is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work on computers for prolonged periods
